RETURN POLICY
I want everyone to love their piece of jewelry, so I am willing to work with everyone to make that happen. The following is the policy, but please feel free to contact me first and we can work something out..
If you aren't satisfied with my one of a kind jewelry,you may return it within 15 days from the day you purchased it. You can receive a full refund (shipping not included) as long as the piece (or pieces) are in the original condition it was sent in. You MUST contact me before sending the piece,by e-mail, in order to get all the information I will need. I will also need a copy of the receipt that accompanied the piece. Please send your piece back in a bubble lined envelope. Thank you!
RESIZE OR RESTRING
If your bracelet does not fit or if it breaks (the FIRST TIME ONLY), you may return it to me and I will resize/restring. There will be a charge of $1.00 per lost bead, $2.00 for bali and letter beads, plus the cost of shipping and handling. I must have the original receipt that accompanied your piece. If this happens a second time, there will be a charge of $12.00 PLUS shipping and handling, as well as the cost for lost beads. Same as the return policy, if you will please contact me first by e-mail, then make arrangements to send the piece.
